A 2022 customer who called for a move-in deep cleaning said Kasia's crew cleaned two bathrooms with lime and grime buildup to look like new. A 2022 customer wrote that "two girls" did a deep cleaning of a seriously neglected new home in one day. A 2023 customer said they used the service and have now signed up for bi-weekly cleanings. In 2016, a customer said Kasia came out on a Saturday to give an estimate and the house was cleaned the following Friday. A 2026 customer said that the one time they had a small issue, Kasia was understanding and solved it. A 2025 customer who had used the service for years said a woman Kasia sent stayed less than an hour and did zero cleaning, and that Kasia blocked them after they said they were no longer interested. A 2025 customer said a refund request was declined and they then received less than half. A 2023 customer said different people were continually sent to the home to clean. A 2016 customer said drywall dust on the fixtures, windowsills and blinds in a bathroom was missed.
Kasia and her cleaners have always been very efficient and reasonable with me. I see two low reviews, but that's not my experience.. The one time I had a small issue, Kasia was very understanding + solved it. Maria is a doll, highly recommended, as with all of Kasia's help. I plan on contacting her again very soon .
Quite comical that there has been such an influx of 5 star reviews from people that have no other reviews…. Anyway, we used this cleaning service for significantly too long but my wife wanted to keep giving them a chance. The final straw was paying for a cleaning that we couldn’t even tell was done. When we tried to address it Kasia argued and then blocked my wife. After reaching out on a different phone number she denied the poor service and then CALLED THE WOMAN who cleaned on a 3 way call to have her explain that she didn’t do the things that we sent Kasia pictures of. Insanely unprofessional thing to do. We requested a refund which was declined. We then received less than half. It’s not that the job wasn’t satisfactory, because things happen, but the way it was handled just blows my mind. If you’re looking for a professional and productive service, this isn’t it.
Highly recommend Kasia Cleaning LLC! They did a deep clean of my home, and the results were outstanding. Everything looks fresh, organized, and spotless. Truly excellent service.
Update: I called Kasia from a different phone number and she picked up immediately. She refused to acknowledge that she blocked me, said that it was not possible that her employee did a poor job (even though I sent multiple pictures), and then proceeded to call the employee while I was on the phone to have a back and forth. Insanely unprofessional. I mentioned multiple times that she blocked me to which she responded "I'm in Poland and have bad service" When I asked for a refund, she told me she would Venmo me some of the money but not all but I reminded her that I couldn't send my Venmo information because I was blocked. After a hold on/wait a minute, I was miraculously able to text her again...100% would NOT recommend using. Incredibly dishonest and inconsistent. I have already contacted are friends to use her services and they will no longer be utilizing her. We've used Kasia's cleaning service for years. I also have many friends who used her based on our recommendation. At this point, I would strongly suggest staying away and not utilizing her services. She frequently sends random people to the house to clean, it is rare that you ever get the same person. This is especially concerning if you have dogs that take time to get used to new people coming into your house. (I will say if you get Paulina you are lucky-she is amazing) Last week she sent a woman who came to collect the money, stayed for less than an hour (camera footage to prove it) and did zero cleaning. When I came home, the bed wasn't made, garbage wasn't taken out, floors weren't done. I spent the last week trying to contact Kasia and she has ignored all of my messages. Once I told her we were no longer interested in using her services, she blocked me.
