Several recent reviews describe quick-turnaround repairs. An October 2026 Thumbtack customer said Kato called back right away, booked a visit soon, and fixed three electrical issues; a July 2026 reviewer had someone out within a few hours and back the next day for blinking smoke alarms. A June 2026 customer had something put off for years brought up to code. In an August 2025 review, a customer whose new oven was dead because of a blown breaker reached Kato on a Sunday morning and had it repaired that afternoon, without a weekend upcharge.
