Kearley Masonry does masonry and chimney work. A recent HomeAdvisor review says the customer hired Steve to replace a master shower, paid a deposit, and then paid a second payment of $4300 for supplies after he stripped the shower to the studs; the customer writes that he then disappeared and ignored emails, texts, calls and requests for the money back. In a 2023 review, a customer wrote that they hired Steve to rebuild two fireboxes and install a chimney cap, that only one firebox was 95% complete when he disappeared after a deposit of over 50%, and that another brick mason finished in two days. In a 2024 review, a customer wrote that Steve repaired one of their chimneys and sections of deteriorating concrete walls, and called the quotes very reasonable. A 2024 review describes Steve replacing the top of a stone pillar damaged by fallen trees and making it look like it had before the damage. In a 2024 review, a customer described having a new chimney and 2 liners installed and wrote that Steve explained all aspects of the work. A 2024 review says Steve installed a backyard patio. In a 2021 review, a customer described a fire pit that came out better than they expected and wrote that Steve also fixed a small retaining wall. A 2021 review says Steve installed an accent wall in a great room. In a 2020 review, a customer wrote that Steve poured a level concrete slab and decorated it. A 2020 review describes a curb job in North Conway with green granite, 60 feet of new curbing and brick pavers. In a 2016 review, a customer wrote that Steve and his crew repointed the entire foundation of their home and left the basement cleaner than it started. A 2016 review describes old front steps and railings torn out and rebuilt with an extended platform at the top and new wrought iron railings.
