In August 2026, a customer describes Ricky installing baseboard heating in a kitchen and living room, praising his attention to detail. A July customer says Matt diagnosed plumbing issues, installed a shutoff and repacked a faucet at a reasonable price. An April reviewer describes Matt running new ductwork to a porch room and overcoming unexpected obstacles. June and July reviewers praise Ricky's explanations and answers to questions. Older accounts describe larger installations and urgent repairs. In January 2026, a customer reported that Peter came the same day after a loss of water pressure, stayed late and restored running water after Brandon brought another part from Keene that evening.
