Custom Climates HVAC

When one customer's heat quit, Custom Climates HVAC rearranged its schedule within 10 minutes, and Trevor came and fixed it four hours later. The company works on furnaces, boilers, mini-splits and air conditioning, says it has been in business 19 years, and its website lists a service area running from Epsom, Concord and Bow out to Loudon, Pembroke and Pittsfield. Its New Hampshire HVAC licence, number GF0803086, is active on the state registry; the holder of record is Jonathon A Burbank. On Google it averages 4.7 stars from 167 ratings. One customer wrote that Phil tuned up their furnace and, on past visits, found and repaired poor work left by previous contractors. When a 27-year-old gas boiler started leaking, Wesley responded with an estimate and a crew was onsite the next day; Jim and Eli installed a new State Hybrid water heater, and that customer said the job was coordinated with electricians and a team to haul away the old units. A customer wrote that Leah removed an old central AC unit by herself, disconnecting it, capping off the electrical wires and hauling it away. A routine check-up turned up a real problem for one household, and they installed a new boiler the next day and cleaned up afterward. A customer said they replaced two control boards on an outside unit at very reasonable pricing. A 2024 customer said Jon, who does the installs, took almost two weeks and then phoned in a quote of 6k to move ducts rather than putting it in writing, and described him as extremely rude and very argumentative. A 2024 reviewer said a woman called claiming authorization to work on a rental property, and that the owner had not authorized any work.
