That fits a one-man shop running a single substantial job at a time. He's a sensible candidate for a bathroom gut, an addition, or exterior work on an older Merrimack Valley house — the permits suggest he's comfortable with all three. With nothing public from past customers, ask for two or three references from jobs in the last year and check both license numbers with the state before you sign.
