Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan is a large, fully staffed real-estate office at 168 S River Rd in Bedford, New Hampshire. Google reviewers describe agents helping people buy and sell homes, coordinating with builders, and working within a broad professional community. The recent written experience is sharply mixed. In April and May 2026, reviewers described an unreturned inquiry, a disclosure and closing dispute involving flooding, mold, heat, and a realtor who did not attend closing, alongside one recent five-star account calling the experience seamless and perfection. Older reviews include detailed praise for seven months of builder coordination and for a realtor who listened, communicated promptly, and helped find a suitable house. There are also serious older complaints to discuss before choosing an agent. A 2023 reviewer described an alleged threatening confrontation involving employees and a marked truck. A 2022 seller described listing errors, loan-change problems, financial loss, and perceived lack of real-estate knowledge. Another review raises a nationwide Keller Williams commission lawsuit settlement; that comment discusses the brokerage broadly rather than documenting this Bedford office's conduct. This office may suit someone seeking a large agency with multiple agents and internal resources, but the individual agent matters. Before signing, confirm who will handle disclosures, attend inspections and closing, explain financing and fees, and respond to questions; ask how complaints involving the office are reviewed and resolved.
Realtor Danielle Bissonnette is very unprofessional. Does not care about people's time or what she has put in writing. Have made contact with her managing broker to inform them of her unscrupulous business actions. Update - Danielle's managing broker Alan Rice called and to my disbelief stood firmly behind her unethical "but not illegal" activities and had no remorse. Lying to the public and other realtors is ok with him. Stay far away from these folks. Reports of their practices have been made to National Association of realtors, the new hampshire bureau, nashua manchester office of realtors, keller williams corporate office and other entities. Awe struck at Alan Rices unprofessionalism.
Seamless experience. Perfection. Christina Grover and her team are amazing. 12 out of 10!!
Realtor did not look out for my interest I got this place Feb 2025 3 weeks ago was given I property discloser that stated counter was painted and there was flooding and mold it had no heat being a Va loan it would not be acceptable to anyone the realtor did not show up for closing and instead of walking through the property she took off with the wife of property owner never took the time she was supposed to look out for my interest not there never disclosed the amount of Hoa and Morgage company they were friends for 9 years so bottom line stay away from them unless you want a shady realtor worst company I’ve ever dealt with
It is important for buyers and sellers to do their homework before hiring a real estate agent. Are there any class action lawsuits or settlements from the Brokerage you plan on hiring? Keller Williams Realty LLC settled a lawsuit in the millions of dollars alleging they conspired to keep real estate broker commissions artificially high and inflating home prices. This should come to no surprise for any home buyer looking to purchase a home. It has been going on for many years. Real estate agents can be deceptive, untrustworthy, and dishonest, regardless of how nice or friendly they may appear. Their motive is money.
I am a business owner and an immigrant who has been trying to rent a property through this company. I reached out multiple times and never received a return call. It’s discouraging to feel overlooked when you’re genuinely interested and qualified. I hope all prospective tenants are given fair and equal consideration, and that communication improves moving forward.
