Highlights
- Active broker license — Massachusetts registry shows the brokerage license current
- Modest Google score — 3.4 stars across 20 ratings
- Thin review history — five written reviews spanning 2021 to 2025
Keller Williams Realty Showcase Properties works out of Commercial Street in Braintree, and the number that frames it is 3.4 — its Google average across 20 ratings. That is a modest score for a brokerage, and with only a handful of written reviews behind it, it does most of the talking. Its Massachusetts real estate broker license is active, confirmed against the state registry rather than taken off a profile page. The written history runs thin: five reviews between 2021 and 2025, spread across two sites. So the honest position is a cautious one. A 20-rating sample can swing on a couple of transactions in either direction, and four years of scattered reviews is not enough to say whether 3.4 reflects a pattern or a bad stretch. If this office is on your list, the thing to pin down is the individual agent who would represent you — how many nearby homes they have closed recently, and how they handled pricing and negotiation on those deals. A brokerage sign tells you less about your sale than the agent working under it.

Im so glad I chose agent Bill Stone from Keller Williams Realty for my real estate process needs. His knowledge and experience, combined with his patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process.I highly recommend Bill and this company to anyone looking for top notch real estate services

Chris McDonnell was professional, warm, and friendly from the start. He is very knowledgable about rentals as well as being a landlord in Massachusetts. He was supportive and always available and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He was honest and flexible. I also found him to be very helpful in negotiating dealing with my current tenant who was resistant to allow me to have showings. I learned a lot from Chris and highly recommend him!

Very unprofessional. Forgot what time they were going to meet us. When I called the place she didn’t know what I was talking about. The guy that showed me the place didn’t even talk to me. The place still had the tenant living in the property. Very akaward showing. Was told there was a washer and dryer in unit which was a lie. If I could give negotiable stars I would. Do everyone a favor and get retrained or get out of the realtor business.

Very unprofessional, incompetent and will take advantage of you. From the managing partner Al to Andrew Brown they are untrustworthy and will not act as a fiduciary. I would NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS LOCATION or company.

Totally unprofessional. I saw a listing in Braintree located at 25 Arthur St Apt 2 and inquired. I received a text from Angela Chu who is the real estate agent asking some questions about my credit and who would be occupying the apt at 1:06pm. I responded right back. Never heard back from her. I called the office and was told she Angela was the agent to contact her. I was given a completely different number than what I had been texting Angela from. After I decided to call Angela and was given attitude. I was asked do I know how many phone calls she receives on a basis and wanted to know which text I was. After I jogged her memory she asks me if I can get up at 11:15 to make a viewing at 11:30am. Unprofessional. Had she kept on top of her job we could have had that squared away the day prior. On top of all of this, I am a single mom and it felt as if there is some sort of discriminatory factor due to the fact a voucher was mentioned. I have a housing background and you cannot refuse a voucher. I will be writing more reviews elsewhere because this was her eat in saying she was not interested. I have had no response even after reaching back out to her and seeing that she ignored my messages after reading them.
