Kelly Plumbing Services has been working the South Shore since 1984 — 42 years, by the BBB's count — out of Holbrook. Its Massachusetts plumbing license, 9634115-PL-PC, is active on the state registry. One thing to sort out on the phone: the BBB page carrying the same number gives a Weymouth address rather than the Holbrook one, so ask which address the business runs from today. For a plumber this long established, put the scope and the price in writing and ask for a certificate of insurance before the work starts.
