- Trusted by repeat clients — a 2025 review cites fair pricing and standing behind work
- Warranty follow-up — a 2024 review said a broken cartridge went unanswered
CitySide Plumbing and Heating is a Weymouth, Massachusetts plumbing and heating business run by Shawn C. Levesque as a sole proprietorship; per its BBB profile, it's been operating about four years and carries an A+ rating. The reviews on file are mixed. A 2025 review from a customer at a Woodcrest Court complex said Shawn handles all their plumbing and heating needs, is fair on pricing, and stands behind his work. An earlier review, from 2022, described quick, efficient service. But a 2024 review told a different story: a customer said a cartridge Shawn installed broke within a year, and calls and messages afterward went unanswered. Given that split — reliable ongoing work for at least one customer, but an unanswered warranty complaint from another — it's worth getting a clear understanding of what follow-up support looks like before hiring.
