We needed major structural work done including new sills, floor joists and partial sub floor replacement. The initial quote was very reasonable and even after more damage was discovered requiring more work, the additional costs was again very reasonable. The work was done very quickly and professionally. The job site was left spotless by the crew. Overall great experience and highly recommend Bill and his crew.

Over the past ten years Bill Kennedy and his friendly and competent crew have done major kitchen and bathroom renovations to our two homes in Somerville and Roslindale. Last year they removed our old decrepit front porch in Roslindale and replaced it with one that is much more functional and attractive. Bill and his team meet deadlines, are great problem solvers, and contribute good design ideas along the way. We would not consider using any other form but Kennedy Home Building and Remodeling for our home improvement needs.

I hired Bill and his crew to remodel my house, a major undertaking. Bill walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions.. Bill and his crew were exceptional. Quality workmanship, professional , great work ethics stayed on budget and on schedule. Bill so experienced in his field that he tweaked architects plans to our advantage. We are thrilled with the results. Always available then and after project for any questions. Highly recommend Bill and his crew. No job is too big or too small for this Irish gentleman and crew.

We have used Bill Kennedy at both of our homes on various projects; office gut, bathroom remodel, bathroom addition, sunroom gut/remodel. He has been exceptionally communicative, detail oriented, and has always provided sound advice that makes us feel confident in our choices. We have more work to be done with our kitchen and bathrooms and plan to use him for it all. We’re so glad we found him!
