Roof replacement is the through-line here. On Google alone, Len Gibely Contracting has 150 ratings at 5 stars, and the last six months are packed with recent jobs that keep landing in the same parts of the house: full roof replacements, rubber roofs, skylights, gutters, windows, siding, trim, and decks. The company also holds an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor license. The recent run is especially strong for roofing. Homeowners in 2026 describe full roof replacements, cedar shake work, mixed asphalt and rubber roofs, skylight repairs, and ice-dam related work, often with the same practical details repeating: quick response, crews finishing fast, daily cleanup, and attention to surrounding landscaping and debris. One May review says the crew handled a 30-year-old roof replacement quickly and respectfully; another says a roof and repair scope with both asphalt and rubber roofing was completed in one day. It is not only a roofer, though that is clearly what most recent customers hire it for. Recent reviews also describe a large bay-window replacement, all-window replacement, siding and trim replacement, new gutters and soffits, skylights, a rebuilt deck, and a broader exterior-shell renovation that included siding, trim, windows, roofing, framing, sill work, and a new deck. That broader mix is why the company reads more like an exterior-focused general contractor than a single-trade shop. Before calling, ask two practical questions. First, confirm who will run your job day to day: several customers name Brian Dobbins directly in planning and communication, and one review refers to him as the owner. Second, pin down scope details in the quote, especially any wood repair, framing, sill work, or roof-deck issues found during inspection, because multiple customers mention the company catching or fixing underlying problems beyond the surface replacement. This looks like a good fit for homeowners hiring out roof replacement or a larger exterior package where roofing, windows, siding, trim, gutters, and deck work overlap. The next step is simple: confirm the exact scope, who your point person is, and whether your project is a straight replacement or one likely to uncover additional carpentry once the old materials come off.

We had a great experience with Len Gibely and with Brian Dobbins right from the get go. We had a huge bay window that needed replacement. The old window was constructed as a bay window but was put together from 3 parts. Now we actually have a real humungous bay window. Carpenters that work there are amazing, just a different level, from covering everything inside and outside to how they worked and cleanup just a pleasure to see. Ended up we had rotted siding around the window as well and we got that replaced as well. Overall price was very reasonable and it was done quickly. The teamwork there I have never seen before from cleanup crews to carpenters to siding and roofing is like I said a whole different level. We will definitely hire them again.

Had a great experience from roof quote to completion of roof replacement. Everyone I interfaced with was informative, responsive and professional. The crew on-site were productive and considerate with my concern regarding landscape. Little details regarding ice dam concerns were addressed and had the chimney re flashed which looks awesome. No damage to plantings and clean up was excellent. I am happy to recommend Len Gibley for your project.

Len Gibley Contracting recently completed a full renovation of the exterior shell of the house and detached barn. We replaced the siding, trim windows, roof, rebuilt the sill, some framing and constructed a new deck. All low maintenance materials, including Azek Trim, Hardie Board siding, metal roof, composite deck and railings. Brian and his crews were professional and courteous. All communication and responses to questions were timely and helpful. I can recommend them without hesitation.
