Pace, second: an April 2026 homeowner watched the crew work from 7:30 in the morning until 8:05 at night to finish a full roof replacement, and said they stayed respectful of the neighbors. And people come back — a May 2026 reviewer used REI for a roof and gutters, then windows; a June 2026 customer called them for bathroom windows after they had done the skylights years earlier. The exterior work is not an add-on. In January 2026 a homeowner had the house completely re-sided along with patio sliding windows, a greenhouse popout window and a new front door. A December 2025 owner in Marshfield listed siding, trim, reroofing and window replacement as one coordinated run, and another that month described Lucas's crew replacing an entire roof with the soffits, the front porch and a wraparound second-floor deck. One thing to plan for: once REI is on the property, they tend to find things. Ask who your point of contact will be: reviewers name a lot of different estimators and crew leads.
