A recent customer says the family had a dangerously steep slope on the side of their driveway graded to a gradual slope, and that Kent Brothers took the time to evenly transition the new slope into the existing yard. That customer says the driveway is now safe and ready to be seeded, and describes the pricing as fair and honest. A recent one-star reviewer says they gave a competitive quote to the reviewer's general contractor and then marked items up upon completion. That reviewer says they did not pull stumps that were part of the job and billed to come back when aspects of the work were sub par, and calls the owner arrogant and defensive the one time they spoke. In a 2016 review, a customer said the Kent Brothers had just completed excavation at the home to install a water line and were on time.
