Whiteley Excavating and Septic Services

Wasn’t pleased with my experience. I called to have my septic tank pumped and claimed that I didn’t have one… continued to pump two of three leach tanks and said that was my “septic” and he had never seen this system before. It’s pretty common for back in the day though. Took extra cash for the second pump and come to find out now I do have an actual tank because the inspector found it and failed it.. nice guy but should have known about my system if he’s been in the business for a long time. Never gave me a receipt either.

Rob did a great job as always! He's very professional, responsive, and thorough! He's the best around and prices are very reasonable.

Rob did a great job at our Kingsberry home

Rob Whiteley is great! He was generous with information even before I had the chance to be a customer, so there was no doubt in my mind who I would use when I eventually did need septic service. I can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive he has been – really above and beyond what I would ever have expected. (Example: I had a very weird pumping situation, and he came back later in the day with a wheelbarrow and extra dirt to fill holes, and even put down grass seed!) I absolutely recommend his services. You will wish everyone you dealt with was as helpful as he is.

The best!
