We recently worked with Kent County Mechanical and had a great experience with John. He installed a new HVAC system in our home as well as a water heater, and we’re very happy with the work. John was professional, easy to work with, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. He was always willing to answer our questions and took the time to explain things along the way. What I appreciated most was that his responsiveness didn’t stop once the project was finished. Even after everything was installed, he continued to make himself available whenever we had questions or concerns and was always willing to help. He didn’t just complete the job and disappear, which meant a lot to us and gave us confidence that he stands behind his work. We’ve had a really positive experience working with John and would absolutely hire Kent County Mechanical again for future projects. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the work Jonathan did to replace both of our AC units. He communicated really well, took pride in his work and set up follow-ups to make sure everything was working well!

We had a great experience with Kent County Mechanical. We had central air put in our bedrooms and a mini split put into our living room. I thought the price was reasonable as well. We would recommend them to others!
