Ketchen Building and Remodeling

Hired Ketchen to build a new front porch for my home. Mark immediately responded to my quote request with honest feedback and a fair cost. Despite having larger jobs happening concurrently with ours, he gave us ample attention and treated our project with personal care and we are very happy with the results. We have already hired Mark to work on more of our home and will be happy to do so in the future. A+

Mark and his crew did an amazing job on our deck. Our home is built on a slight hill and Mark had suggested that we open up under the deck for another sitting area. It was the best idea ever! The crew was very professional and cleaned up the area every day before leaving and neatly stored what needed to be left in the yard. I would recommend them to everyone.

We recently had a complete renovation of our Falmouth cottage done by Mark Ketchen from Ketchen Building and Remodeling, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring that our vision for the project was realized. Not only did he deliver exceptional craftsmanship, but he also went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth as possible. His attention to detail, combined with his friendly and approachable demeanor, made working with him a pleasure. If you're looking for a contractor who can transform your home into the space of your dreams, we highly recommend Ketchen Building and Remodeling.

We used Ketchen Building and Remodeling for our large renovation. Mark is professional, punctual, up front about costs, and works within your budget. Mark is also fast! We were told our project could take years with certain builders, Mark got it done in months. When making the type of investment you need to work with someone you trust. Mark Ketchen is that guy and so much more.

I hired Mark to complete several projects. He completed all tasks in a timely manner using his experience, knowledge and skills. He is very personable, approachable and professional. I enjoyed working with Mark and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any upcoming projects. In the attached picture of my house, Mark installed the faux stone skirting and custom made shutters.
