Two customers writing in June 2026 said the same thing about their deck replacements: Ronaldo Serpa's crew took two weeks from start to finish. One of those decks was the original on the house and had become a safety issue. Serpa Home Improvement is a Bridgewater exterior contractor — roofs, siding, gutters, windows and decks — and the company says it is family-owned, bilingual in English and Portuguese, and has served Bridgewater and nearby South Shore towns since 2005. On Google it averages 4.9 across 53 ratings. A September 2026 customer said the crew took on a small job even though they were doing bigger work for the neighbors, and was fast, left no mess and did a bit extra. Roofing accounts are frequent in older reviews. In a July 2024 review, a homeowner said the crew put on a new roof in one day, on the hottest day of the year, at a fair price; a December 2024 customer described the crew working on time in 17-degree weather and answering questions before the job started. A 2024 homeowner who got four roofing estimates said Serpa's was comparable and the clean-up was excellent. Another 2024 customer, who hired them for two roof replacements and a deck replacement, said the company brings its own trailer dumpster and pulls permits and inspections without delay. The bigger jobs show up too. A January 2026 reviewer said Ron first did siding and gutters, then a project that doubled the size of the home, with two bedrooms, a second living room, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a deck; that customer noted his pricing may not be the cheapest. A January 2024 customer in Milton described framing and roofing to take a house from 2 1/2 stories to three full stories. The one complaint is a 1-star Google review from July 2025: the writer said the crew knocked out internet wires multiple times on their apartment building and left old roofing on the street. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#167270) is active.
Our experience with Serpa Home Improvement was fantastic from beginning to end. Ours was a rather small job compared to what we saw them doing with our neighbors, but they still agreed to do it. They were fast, competent and left absolutely no mess. We were quoted a reasonable price and they even did a bit extra for us. I would highly recommend them and will call on them again when needed. Ronaldo and his team did a great job on our deck replacement. It was a lot of work but they got the job done in 2 weeks which was amazing. It’s so beautiful and it was everything we wanted. Than you Ronaldo for a job well done. I recommend this company.
Our deck was the original deck on our house that we bought and it was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Safety was becoming an issue. Ronaldo and his team were remarkable. We got exactly what we wanted and our new deck is beautiful. The whole project took only 2 weeks to complete. Ronaldo and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. His crew shows him the utmost respect, which clearly reflects his fair, strong, and effective management style. While Ron’s pricing may not be the cheapest, the quality of his work is guaranteed—and well worth the investment. I have used Ron twice: first for siding and gutters, and more recently for a major project that doubled the size of my home, including two bedrooms, a second living room, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a deck.
