Key Realty is a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm in Quincy, working office, retail, industrial and land sales and leases across Quincy, the South Shore and greater Boston. Sean Kenealy runs it as a family firm, and its own site puts the founding at either 1973 (the home page) or 1974 (the About page) -- the two pages don't agree, though both put the firm at roughly half a century old. The one written review on file, from 2022, describes the firm going to bat to secure a location in Hanover, calling it an advocate for small business. On its own site, Key Realty says it's been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for the Boston market for five years running. Its Massachusetts real estate broker license is active, it's a member of the Quincy Chamber of Commerce, and Google shows a 4.3-star rating from three ratings. There's little written customer history here beyond that one account, so for a commercial deal it's worth asking directly about recent, comparable transactions.
