I highly recommend Kidd-Luukko for your roofing projects. In selling my house there were some concerning issues identified by the home inspection report. K-L was so responsive and it was on a Sunday. Jayson was just excellent in every way, showing honesty and integrity in dealing with what turned out to be minor issues. They lined up their team. My project was quickly scheduled and work was finished within a few hours. Jayson clearly communicated the issues to me and documented everything for the closing including photos. I felt that the price was very reasonable. Definitely give them a call if you have any roofing problems!

When our insurance company threatened non-renewal unless we replaced our roof, Kidd-Luukko came in clutch. Sean Kidd put together a contract that met all our needs for a fair price. He didn't keep us waiting and stayed in communication throughout. Foreman David and his crew were extremely quick, efficient and clean, and their work is beautiful. When they discovered rotted fascia and siding, they documented the problem areas, proposed replacement, and completed the work within a day and below the estimated cost. New gutters were installed in a matter of hours, and now we feel like we have a brand new home. We are happy, and our insurance company is happy, thanks to Kidd-Luukko. With an 18th century house, finding people who can do repair work while respecting the historical materials and appearance can be difficult. Kidd-Luukko did a beautiful job repairing our slate roof and installing some copper gutters and downspouts, stuck with the project through the inevitable twists and turns, and was very fair in their billing. Highly recommended.
