Two things recur beyond the work itself. The second is scope creep in the customer's favour — several reviewers started with a fence and ended up adding a patio, grading, a retaining wall or a pool. The complaints are recent and specific. A June 2026 one-star reviewer said deposits were paid, crews did not return, rubbish sat in the yard for weeks and a pool fence was left leaning and unrepaired.
