In a June 2023 Thumbtack review, a customer said the crew carefully removed the old granite but seemed a bit puzzled about installing a new Boos butcherblock island top, and that the customer ended up removing their screws and re-mounting the top according to specifications. They carefully removed the old granite, but seemed a bit puzzled about how to install the new Boos butcherblock island top. There were very specific instructions from Boos on how to secure the top: Drilling pilot holes and specifically sized screws with washers. None of that happened. I ended up removing the bugle head screws they used and re-mounted the top according to specifications.

My house is older, the old top was uneven, sink was nasty. they not only fixed the countertop, installed the granite countertop and did some plumbing work that the previous owner rigged under the sink. Great job, thank you. Be advised that the crew spoke a little english, the owner spoke I think Chinese, but they did a great job. Highly recommend them,
