In October 2026 a customer wrote that Steve and Chris prepared their site for a new Kloter Farms shed. In December 2025 a customer buying a second building wrote that delivery leader Dan and his crew squeezed it past their house "with only inches to spare." A July 2025 customer who bought a one car garage in early 2025 described updates and all dates met from ordering through site preparation and delivery. Steve and Chris just prepared our site for our new Kloter Farms shed. What a professional team! Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, diligent! My grandson and I watched in awe. Thank you for making it look so easy and totally relieving all stress!
I purchased a Poly Dining Set from Kloter in 2023, and by 2025 I was noticing cracks in the poly panels. I reached out to their office in the spring of 2026 and showed the sales representative the photographs and he looked up my account and said that the table came with a five year warranty and that the cracked panels could be repaired and we scheduled a repair technician to repair them. This however is where the two stars comes in to play. The service rep cam and fixed the corners and screwed a few of the panels back down, however he said for the cracked panels he would need to order them and make a return trip. I said that was fine and that if we didn't need to be present for the repairs he was more than welcome to come and repair the table when they arrived. After the technician departed I noticed that he left burn marks on the table and chairs ( I guess they have to melt the poly panels or something) and did not mention it before he departed, nor did he attempt to repair them. Further, we are at the end of October 2026, and I haven't heard anything about the panel replacement or the attempt to rectify the damage caused. Normally I would expect wear and tear, but due to the price and the expected quality, I was disappointed. For the price I could have just bought a new home depot table every year and thrown it away, but I thought I was purchasing a quality product that would last several years and be backed by a quality warranty. The first two photographs are of the cracks on the corners and the poly panels bowing and cracking, the last two are of the burn marks the technician did and failed to inform us, or repair them.
The shed was very well built with plywood and no osb. The paint color is a deep brick red and it's thickness looks like it will last a long time. Delivery was on time and Brogon used the transport mule and placed the 10 x 14 garden special capes perfectly on its bed of gravel. I would buy again. The shed looks terrific.
Kloter Farms is wonderful. Just had delivery of a beautiful , high quality mattress - by delivery men - Ben and Rhyss, who were very efficient, professional and nice. When we had shopped for this mattress in their showroom - we were extremely impressed with the quality and warranties. Scott - the salesperson who assisted us -,was extremely helpful, thorough and patient explaining everything to us. We’ve shopped Kloter Farms in the past with great satisfaction - and look forward to it in the future as well!
My wife and I were looking for a sofa at Kloter Farms; the experience from beginning to end was fantastic! Scott F. was awesome in that he did a great job of helping us find the right fit. We are absolutely pleased with our selection and would recommend Kloter farms to anyone!
