Any time I call or have an issue they are responsive and work with me for my account. The office staff is so nice. I’ve been using them for years, maybe 3-4? Have had technicians come to my house to fix my furnace, the office calls me to remind me of my yearly service, and they are helpful with fuel assistance program. Definitely would recommend you having better drivers driving your vans or at least talk to them about paying attention. One of your employees almost hit me today as I was turning- mind you I was only turning because he HAD HIS TURN SIGNAL ON. He then proceeded to drive up on me and flip me off. Sorry not sorry but maybe he should have paid attention to the fact that he was showing drivers he was turning due to not turning off his blinker. I wouldn’t want anyone this rude to work on my thing. Have a great weekend.

I've been using Knight Since I moved to Hudson 3 years ago. Service and delivery are always prompt and efficient. I woke up last night to a 50 degree house and they had a service technician come out at 4 AM to get it back up and running. Can't say enough about how happy I am with them!

Knight Fuel installed a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump system in my house. My system consists of one 18,000 BTU unit in my living room and one 9,000 BTU unit in my master bedroom with Kumo cloud which has an app on your phone you can use to control each mini split. From start to finish I was pleased with my experience. Ron the service manager is great to deal with. He answered all my questions and always responded promptly to my calls. The crew that came out to install was very efficient and neat. The electrician, Michael Cardinale who Knight Fuel contracted was also great. Michael wired the mini splits and also replaced and upgraded my entire circle breaker box. His work is great. Before choosing Knight Fuel I had seven different companies provide with quotes and designs for my mini split system. I am very happy that I chose Knight fuel and would recommend them to anyone. I have zero complaints.
