Hero Tech Heating & A/C

Hero Tech Heating & A/C is a Marlborough, MA heating and air conditioning company. It says it handles heater and air conditioning installation and maintenance, reports 7 years in business, and states free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. A recent Google review says Bruno repaired an HVAC system, the repair was completed quickly, and everything is working perfectly. In another, Bruno came out with all his guys in an emergency and put everything back together over the weekend. A mini split installation is described as clean and fast service. On one project, Bruno explained the plans with such clarity that the homeowner got a clear picture of the work, the staff answered phone calls and responded to messages in a timely manner, and the house was left as clean as they found it. Another recent review says they were punctual and the team made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. In a 2026 review, Bruno and Rodrigo had installed a modern heating system about six months earlier; when the system had an unexpected issue, they diagnosed that the motor needed replacement, handled the warranty process, obtained the part and fixed everything without charging anything. In another 2026 review, they were always in communication from sales right through to equipment installation.
