Knight Property Services

Knight Property Services keeps up lawns and landscaping, and its website lists a service area of Westbrook, Falmouth, Cumberland, Gray, Portland, Scarborough, Gorham, South Portland, Buxton, Saco and Biddeford. On its BBB page, the company describes itself as a residential and commercial property management company whose services include lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups, mulch, hedge trimming, snow plowing and salting. A recent Google customer said they buried entire plants and the customer's crushed rock drainage with 12 inches of mulch, trimmed day lilies with a weedwacker, and pulled plants the customer had just planted. That customer also said the plow drove too fast when it showed up the day after a storm, that blown sand left scratches on their car and the company denied it, and that calls about complaints go unreturned. A recent customer called the bamboo work done right before the 4th of July "an absolute hack job" and said they left the bamboo strewn about the lawn. A recent customer wrote that they always leave a mess. A 2025 customer called them very dependable.
