Coulthard Construction

We had a great experience with Brandon and his team! We were dealing with a bit of a kitchen renovation nightmare and unexpectedly had to find a new contractor quickly. Brandon was able to step in and help us get things back on track. He was responsive, friendly, reasonably priced, and easy to work with from the start. Nick, was great as well—always friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with.. After everything we had already been through with our kitchen, it was such a relief to have a contractor we could rely on. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Brandon and his crew!

We worked with Coulthard Construction on a major renovation that included creating a new entryway and completely rebuilding our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the work. Brandon and his crew were skilled, efficient, professional and incredibly respectful of our home. I came into the project with ideas, they helped to make it a vision, and they were excellent at bringing it to life, while also being willing to explain when one of my ideas wouldn’t work and offering thoughtful alternatives. Their experience, problem-solving and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire project. We always felt confident that things were being done correctly rather than simply quickly. At the same time, they worked efficiently, and were thoughtful about costs and our overall budget. The finished spaces are absolutely beautiful, the quality of the work is exceptional, and the process was far more manageable because of the professionalism of the entire team. We would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them.

Brandon and Andrew installed a big lawn for us. Brandon met with us and knew everything we were looking for and made some great additional suggestions. Fill, grading and hydroseeding. He had great communication and was exactly on point with his timing of starting and completing the project. So pleasant and courteous and respectful of our property. We would highly recommend Coulthard Construction.

Brandon and Nick were by far the best decision we made when decided to build our first home. Throughout the entire process of the project, they worked tirelessly (even in the snow and rain!) to get our home built on time and within the budget. They were also flexible and accommodating when we made changes to the design/scope of work. What’s more is we were astonished at how fast AND clean they built it! Most builders are either fast or clean but they nailed both. My wife and I feel very lucky to have found them and we highly recommend them to anyone needing their home built. Thank you guys!!

Had Brandon and team help my landlord/ now my home over the years. Always fair price and timelines/ quality work. Id say make sure Coulthard Construction should be your first and last check for a project.
