I live in a rental and knotts is the landscaping company that started here this year with a new landlord. They are not worth having come in, they come whenever, no schedule, they don’t do the edging with the weed wacker, they ignored a few mulch beds when they came for spring clean up, they ignore some areas behind a stretch of units and don’t mow it so it’s already overgrown. I already spoke with the landlord and I guess nothing has been said or They ignored it. They came yesterday and did Half the complex, left the other half unmoved. you’d think they would come back first thing this morning to finish, but did not. I called knots and they can’t even understand what the issue is. I believe it was Steven knotts, I suggested come see for Himself and all he said was someone will be out. They don’t care about good professional service at all, it was heard in his tone. So I guess if you hire them for a complex they can just do a half a$$ed job and pay for a job in full, that they don’t do. All They do is mow…. Half the property and hope no one shows up and notices. Update; they have not been by to mow in 3 weeks!! Last week they showed up when I was headed out and when I came Back they had not mowed anything! The week before they never showed up!!

Beware of the services from this company. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Knott’s was paid $7900 to install plantings adjacent to newly built house. Contract provided a one year warranty. Some plants died in less than a year. I made numerous calls and a simple request to honor the contract and received no response. Avoid any work with Knotts. Seek a professional company.

Very professional and attentive team did a great job with a patio and retaining wall around our pool. Looks fantastic. The Knott’s team was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!
