Lawnmark Plus

Organic lawn treatments are a recurring reason customers give for choosing Lawnmark Plus. The Amherst, New Hampshire company describes itself as family-owned and says it has provided lawn care since 2013, serving Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. Its advertised work includes traditional and organic lawn care, lawn enhancements, and tick and mosquito control. Google lists 4.7 stars from 150 ratings. Customers writing in December 2025 described lawns that looked healthier after treatment. One said Lawnmark's fertilization helped their grass recover after another company's treatment had killed it; another described using organic treatments and having technicians who helped with questions. A November 2025 customer praised both the lawn results and mosquito and tick service. Those are customer accounts of their own properties, rather than a promise about what any particular treatment will achieve. Some older reviews describe the work in detail. In November 2024, a customer who had used organic fertilizer since fall 2018 also described lime, compost, aeration and overseeding treatments, along with advance notice of visits. Another November 2024 reviewer said Lawnmark handled organic fertilization, mosquito and tick control, aeration, overseeding, grub prevention, and compost and lime applications. A separate reviewer that month described an additional weed spray at no charge after weeds returned during a heat wave, and said it worked. Communication also figures in dated customer accounts. December 2024 reviewers described notice of visits, arrival when scheduled and prompt office responses to questions. A November 2024 customer said workers waited while they gathered their free-range chickens before applying treatment. In a November 2023 review, another customer described a senior technician addressing fungal patches with corrective treatment, compost and seed, then discussing a switch from a hybrid program to fully organic care. The complaints are concrete. A June 2026 reviewer said applications did not cover the whole lawn, prices were too high and the company cancelled their account after complaints. An Angi reviewer in September 2018 criticized a Premium Organic program, reporting browning and weeds, only one weed-treatment visit despite an unlimited-treatment claim, and reports they considered generic. That reviewer also questioned the quantity and quality of the products applied. In a December 2023 review, another customer described being shocked by a seasonal price increase, but said an email response within two days explained the bill and options for modifying service. BBB lists a B-minus grade and one complaint.
