Excellent service. Martin is fair, honest, and easy to work with. He replied quickly when we had an emergency and went over his next steps. I highly recommend Koseski septic to anyone who needs repairs or their tank cleaned!
I'm not one who leaves reviews for everything. In fact, I rarely leave them, and only do when someone stands out. I had my septic tank pumped by another company for the first time by the company the prior homeowner used. During the service he mentioned I had a crack that did not need urgent repair. Through my brother I was referred to a different company to do the install. Owner came out, gave a price and I said let's move forward in the Fall. Price was fair but I never heard back from him despite following up by phone and text numerous times. In comes Koseski and Sons. Martin, the owner, came out to look at the property the same day I called him and arranged to meet me at the house a couple of days later. He inspected the tank and said, "while I love to make money, your tank is fine and I wouldn't do anything at this point". When I asked him to ballpark the cost of the replacement if I had needed it, he was right in line with the person/company to whom I was referred. Additionally, the cost to pump the tank is less than the company who services it now. If you're looking for honest, reliable, prompt, and fairly priced service, I highly recommend Koseski. They have all the traits in a company I desire and most others lack. They now have a new pumping customer and will use them for tank replacement should the need arise. Thank you Martin and Trish!
Martin was awesome! I was well informed throughout the process. The new septic system cost was less than expected and done in a timely manner.
