Kozyra Construction

I chose Kozyra for helping me build my modular house in Webster and I'm sooo glad I did. Fred and his team were amazing. Very quick to respond and easy to communicate with (special shout out to Rebecca!), they were extremely informative, kept me up to date with any timeline changes and updates in general. The house came out exactly as I'd hoped...on top of this they even helped lead me to the right lending team that made that portion quick and easy (Country bank) I highly recommend you use Kozyra if you're thinking of going modular!

Kozyra is truly the best. I dealt with a major sewer issue on my property, and from start to finish, Fred and his sons treated me like family. They didn't just fix the pipes; they stepped in and handled all the coordination with the Town Sewer Department, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Their care, honesty, and expertise turned a nightmare situation into a smooth process. I’m truly grateful for their service—if you want a team that actually cares, call Fred. Thanks again, guys! We are so happy we built out house through Kozyra! They were so helpful throughout the whole process. We felt well taken care of every step of the way. They were always very responsive and spent all the time that was needed to answer our many questions. We had a great experience with the entire team including Fred Sr, Mike, Fred Jr. and Rebecca. We really appreciated their kindness, patience and integrity. The team does amazing work and holds themselves to the highest standard. We know that we made the best choice we possibly could. We love our house! Thank you Kozyra team!

Kozyra Construction did an amazing job building our home. Their attention to detail is incredible. They were so patient during the whole process and explained all the steps throughout. We are so happy with the process, and final product. Couldn't have picked a better company to trust with such an important part of our lives. Thank you for our new home.

It was a pleasure to work with Kozyra Construction last year to build our garage. They worked from a picture we gave them and brought it to life. It looks better than the original picture! They are honest, reliable and professional. They take the time and effort to do the job right. We are so happy with our new garage and will choose Kozyra Construction for any future construction projects we need.
