From the first time I communicated with Kyle, he has been a pleasure to work with. When he came to do the initial quote, my wife was very impressed and stated Kyle was the only choice for what we needed to do. He worked very hard to complete the work I needed in a timely manner. I would hire Kyle to do further electrical work without a second thought.
Kyle was incredibly responsive and professional. He showed up on time for the quote and service call within just a few days of my request. He worked hard for hours in our very hot upstairs space on a 90 degree day and is obviously good at what he does. We had other workers in the house moving a large desk top and he even paused his work to give them a hand. I highly recommend Kyle and will definitely hire him again.
Kyle has worked with us before on smaller electrical projects. This project, though, is by far the largest Kyle's company has done on site. Kyle and his crew worked seamlessly with Grand Light who restored our 90-year-old sanctuary light fixtures (Phase 1 of an immense project). They came early to disconnect what wiring they could and were on hand during the entire process of light removal. When the lights were ready to be reinstalled, Kyle made the trip to CT to get the poles he needed to hang before the lights arrived. He did that in advance of the lights and was here the entire time the lights were reinstalled. Kyle has been in constant contact with our trustees, our festival lighting director, the restoration company, and our staff concerning all aspects of his work. Kyle's offered excellent suggestions and explained the job easily and concisely. His willingness to troubleshoot our light dimming problem is above and beyond the required work but he sees it as part of the whole package, a way to ensure that everything is perfect before he calls it done.
They were very efficient with the job
It went very well. Two rooms needed new lines for overhead lighting, wiring replaced to the porch (which actually was in a very dangerous condition) and did a fair bit of work on our electrical box. Hoping to have him back in a bit to replace more and put in a new ceiling fan for the kitchen.
