A 2026 customer said James protected the surrounding surfaces and painted all surfaces of a brick fireplace, including the mortar and metal grates. A 2026 customer said James painted their kitchen cabinets at a reasonable price. A 2025 customer described James painting walls and shelving and staining stairs and other natural wood surfaces. A 2025 customer said the job was kept to budget and finished a week earlier than planned, and that he brought in a team to fix some siding and roof as well.
Running a small business is hard. Running a small business while having a young family is even harder. Running a small business, managing a family, and working with a customer who is three years into a full gut remodel of their house, with contractors in and out every other day, is almost impossible. Jim did it all with expertise, patience and grace. We truly could not have asked for a better contractor or a better guy to help us paint our entire house. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. One thing that really sets Jim apart is his process. He sprays the paint and then back-rolls it, which gives everything such a smooth, clean, professional finish. He also took so much time and care with the details, especially the trim, woodwork, and all of the original beams in our antique-framed house. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and cares about getting things right. We could not be happier with how our house turned out. We will absolutely have him back for future projects and would recommend him to anyone!
James is very easy to work with, does a thorough job and does quality work.
James and his team did a great job on our big project of a house, carriage house and garage. Very responsive, clean working area, and very reasonable price.
Love the final results...my house looks amazing! James snd his team were very professional and got the job done in a timely fashion even in insane summer temps with bees buzzing everywhere. Highly recommend! The before and after speak for themselves!
