Tyler and Lake Living Consultants assisted us with several projects at our home on Great East Lake. We needed to do shoreline restoration due to erosion from several severe storms. Using a plan developed in consultation with the York County Soil and Water Conservation District, Tyler and his staff followed the plan exactly as approved and right on budget. Lake Living Consultants also assisted with a backup generator project. Tyler handled site preparation, project permits, and coordination of installation with the generator company and Eastern Propane. Everything went as planned without the need for us to take time off from work to be onsite. Throughout the entire process Tyler was very professional, responsive, and timely. All of the work was completed as designed in a thorough and efficient manner. We highly recommend Lake Living Consultants for all of your projects!
It took us awhile to pull the trigger and do a complete tear down and rebuild of our lake house. Lake Living Consultants (Tyler) was patient, informative, and great to work with. His easy going nature, knowledge of waterfront building, and tremendous crews (sub-contractors and vendors) made the process easier than we expected. These are the cleanest crews ever! They were professional and respectful of the property. The end result far exceeds our expectations. We look forward to making many more memories on the lake.
I contacted Tyler to talk about converting space over the garage to living space that included a bedroom, bathroom, and livingroom area. The project included removing the entire roof over the garage and rebuilding it from scratch. The project took about 3 months from start to finish and Tyler delivered a beautiful finished space. Any issues or questions were answered immediately. Lake Living is top notch. Anyone looking to do a renovation project and decides to partner with Lake Living will not be disappointed.

Tyler and Scott (Lake Living Consultants) did a great job for us during the renovation or our lake home. They are knowledgeable regarding shoreline building codes and worked well with the local CEO to obtain permitting and allow our project to proceed smoothly to completion. Tyler was helpful in all stages from permitting, to design and construction. He offered the flexibility to allow us to do whatever parts of the project we chose to do ourselves. He works with a talented team of sub-contractors to provide advice and to get the job done in a timely fashion. The sub-contractors were responsive, hard working and talented from initial site work to finish. Making a renovation work well, and creating an eye catching final result, takes creativity and vision. Renovations present the challenge of working with an existing structure, with all its drawbacks and possibilities, and turning it into a finished home. Our renovation truly transformed our lake home beautifully into a structure that looked like it had come right from an architect's drawings. Tyler utilized skill, knowledge and a great sense of humor to navigate the challenges with our project (and with us). He allowed us to stay on budget and on an efficient time schedule.
