It is nice to have a company that can do a variety of jobs for you. I use On Point Property Solutions, for lawn service, house cleaning and attending to my landscape. They never disappoint. Their employees are a very hardworking group of people that are professional, polite and eager to please.
Their amazing quality property services allowed us to relax and enjoy our summer rental property! This is one of the few companies that will prepare a property inside and out. Results are perfect every time. Communication is excellent. Everyone they employ is friendly and professional.
We have been working with On Point in a multitude of ways over the past 5 years- they have built decks, renovated a bathroom and a kitchen, and now help us maintain our home for rental guests. They are extremely proactive, reliable and excellent at communicating. We have worked with SO MANY contractors and companies and we can't recommend them more to anyone in the Lakes Region who is looking for property management or remodeling.
