Septic pumping and repair is the work people call this Marlborough company for. On its website it describes itself as a family and woman-owned septic tank cleaning and maintenance business serving MetroWest and Central Massachusetts, and it says it has been in business 68 years. Its BBB profile describes the company as hauling waste and maintaining, repairing and installing septic systems, and it carries an A+ grade there. A recent customer said they called in the morning and the company came to the house the same day. A recent customer from Maynard said the office staff kept everything on schedule and the price was more reasonable than expected for the scope of the job. A 2024 customer said that after they found an issue with their septic system, the company came over in a few hours, made the repair and pumped the system, at a fair price with no hidden service fees. A 2023 customer said Jessica got someone out within hours of a pump chamber alarm sounding and coordinated with another professional to fix the pump after her staff emptied the pump chamber. A 2022 customer said the company pumped their system and provided a Title V on very short notice. A recent customer wrote that one of the company's drivers nearly side-swiped them on the road and then tried to brake-check them multiple times.
Absolute lunatic on the road. One of their drivers nearly got into an accident by side swiping me and then proceeded to try and break check me multiple times. Avoid these psychopaths
Amazing service, I called in the morning and they were so very responsive, they were even able to come to the house the same day. I am so appreciative of their kindness and timeliness.
Called with an issue and they came right out. Super friendly and excellent service! Cannot praise enough
Lakeside ensured that every aspect of the job was handled correctly from start to finish. Their office staff was courteous, organized, and kept everything on schedule. The technician was professional yet very down to earth, making sure all requested work was completed and I was happy with the results. I sure was! Even the price was more reasonable than expected given the scope of the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of septic services. Thank you, Lakeside Sewerage Services!!!
