A separate June 2026 HomeAdvisor review calls Adrien and his team very professional and responsive. An April 2026 review says they came to the property free of charge to see if the asbestos floors were in okay enough shape to encapsulate. In a February 2026 review, the writer said Soriano did an excellent job removing asbestos in their basement.
