Landmark completed several home repair and renovation projects for us to prepare our property for sale. They were knowledgeable of and were able to communicate effectively on options for different projects. The owner is great to deal with. A genuine person who will give it to you straight and will work hard to earn your respect and satisfaction.

As a homeowner seeking some upgrades to bathrooms, I hired Landmark Construction based on reviews, bids, and phone calls. Unfortunately, that decision was a serious mistake. After meeting the owner and experiencing the work in my home, I cannot in good conscience recommend Landmark Construction. The contract presented is not a true contract. Pricing and quotes changed once the work began, without my consent and without proper change orders. The owner consistently looked for ways to add costs and charge more, regardless of what was originally agreed upon. He does not listen to the homeowner, dismisses concerns, and fails to provide reasonable alternatives, only costly ones that serve his interests, not the client’s. Customer service is poor at best. Communication is riddled with delays, excuses, and a lack of accountability. What should have been a straightforward project turned into an exhausting process filled with frustration, broken promises, and unprofessional behavior. While I did appreciate the efforts of the workers themselves, the leadership and direction from the owner are unacceptable. The business practices are misleading, self-serving, and ultimately leave the homeowner with unfinished work, unexpected expenses, and the burden of cleaning up mistakes. Unfortunately, I cannot write a positive review. Instead, I strongly caution others: do not make the same mistake I did. Be wary of Landmark Construction, as their approach prioritizes profit over professionalism, leaving the homeowner to pay the price, literally and figuratively. I wish this could be better!
