LAROCHELLE CONSTRUCTION

Not a customer, but a neighbor of someone who recently just had a house built by them. Started off great. They asked us about our property line and which tree/branches they could cut down. After that, they would work during all hours sometimes 10/11pm delivering rocks and/or dirt. They also had machines running during all different hours to the point that it was very disruptive and we had to go knock on the door at 930 one night to tell them to stop.

Erik and John are outstanding humans.

Honestly I don't write reviews on a business unless are incredible in every aspect. For Larochelle construction they have always given me the best services for the price I and I would use them again in the future.

Dan Larochelle completed several projects on our home -- bathroom revamp (down to the studs), built-ins around the fireplace, kitchen/dining renovation (again, down to the studs) and outside deck. He was thoughtful, detail-oriented and helped us with many suggestions and recommendations. His crew was hard-working and knew their stuff. We highly recommend him to other homeowners.

I have heard many horror stories of building a new house, all of which where myths while working with Larochelle Construction. The foresight from Mr Larochelle on problems before they arrived saved much time, and in the end money for our new house. Mr Larochelle's team was friendly, responsive, and frankly just got the job done. His eye for detail and need for perfection created a beautiful functional show piece for my family ((and mouth drops from all guests)). He stayed well within the budget projected and completed months before the proposed due date. I have sent his name to many of my friends since Larochelle Construction built my house -- they have all thanked me after.
