I came home to a water heater that had started to leak, within an hr they had someone come out on a Friday afternoon. My worst fear was no hot water for the weekend. He drained and removed the water heater while he waited for another worker to come with a new one! They were Great! Cleaned everything up and we had hot water for the weekend! I highly recommend them! They water tank was under warranty and I believe there is no charge, I did not have a bill handed to me!
Had an appointment scheduled for 12/22. Explained that I purchased the home off one of their customers at the initial call. Tech showed up, tenant said they could service the units and the tech left and never came back. They never followed up until I called them on 1/3 asking them what the issue was. They proceeded to deny me service because they aren’t taking on new customers YET they booked the initial appointment! So now, I have to book elsewhere and wait another 2 months. Terrible customer service and not a good way to run a business esp when you’re dealing with peoples heat.

Great ppl they were fast & efficient
They got me an appointment fast. The man that came was great! Required a second appointment. That was Monday. They came back out on Wednesday and fixed it all up. We were happy with the service and interactions on the phone and with the service technician.
