Portsmouth quality flooring just installed a stairway runner for us in our home. The entire experience from when we walked in the store on Lafayette Road through the installation was top-notch. Aime was excellent to work with in picking out the type of carpet and the color that best suited our needs. Dave and Mike B were great to work with as well on the installation. They arrived promptly and completed the install professionally. They cleaned up all of their materials and were pleasant throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Portsmouth quality flooring If you are in the market for a stairway runner in your home.

I was assured of an installation about two weeks from product delivery, but putting faith in that estimate proved to be my mistake. After timely measurements and finalizing selections, I waited, then waited some more for an estimate that was "sitting on manager's desk for approval". Called several times and was never given a date when I could expect the proposal. I moved on, adding weeks to my project timeline. I ended up getting a much better proposal but lost time is lost time. Lesson: don't fall for empty promises.
