The Better Business Bureau lists the business as a sole proprietorship — Lee Harris Enterprises, also trading as Lee Harris Electrical — accredited since 2015 and graded A+. New Hampshire's registry shows electrician licence 11605 active, held by Lee A Harris. What this shop has that a van-and-ladder operation doesn't is reach: a bucket truck, and a service list built around jobs that need one — generator installation, service upgrades, underground services, parking-lot and sign lighting, barns and garages, walk-in refrigerator and freezer wiring. Its own site says it is fully insured and licensed in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, though only the New Hampshire licence has been checked against a registry. The written customer record is short, and it is old. Six ratings averaging 4.7 sit on Angi and its HomeAdvisor twin, all posted between May and November 2022, five of them for wiring or panel upgrades. One customer in November 2022 wrote that they "were quick in contacting me and quick in doing the work"; another that October described the electrician as skilled, personable and accommodating to a busy work schedule. A three-star rating in the same batch carries no written comment. More recently, a commenter on r/newhampshire in December 2025 named him in a southern-New-Hampshire electrician thread, noting he is based in Northwood "but he travels". Two things to settle on the call. Both directory profiles say no emergency service, so this isn't the shop for a 2 a.m. panel failure. And Northwood sits well north of the Nashua–Salem corridor, which is exactly why that one recent recommendation bothers to mention the travelling — confirm he'll come to you before planning around him. Estimates are free by the company's own account. For a generator set properly, a service upgraded, or anything that wants a bucket truck, this is a long-established licensed option run by its owner — worth asking for recent references, since the written ones are four years old.
