The pattern in Ryan's Property Projects' reviews is speed, and it starts before anyone picks up a shovel. Customers describe the owner showing up to look at the property almost immediately, handing over a price on the spot, then a crew arriving and finishing the run — one recent customer counted 180 feet of fence, start to finish, inside a single day. The Dracut outfit's headline number is 4.8 stars across 86 Google ratings, on a review history running back to 2021 across three sources. Its Angi profile lists 23 years of experience and free estimates. What recent customers keep describing beyond the schedule is the cleanup. Crews get credited for pulling the old fence, hauling it off, and leaving the yard tidy enough that more than one homeowner says they wouldn't have known anyone had been there. The other thread is the consultation — several say Ryan walked them through which fence actually suited the yard, functionally and visually, rather than just quoting what they asked for. The work isn't only fencing. One recent customer had a retaining wall built that also sorted out a drainage problem on the property, and a commercial client got a knocked-down stop sign reinstalled the same day, with photo updates as it happened. The office side gets named too — customers mention dealing with staff who stayed in touch through scheduling and finalizing the job. One practical thing to settle up front: the Angi profile lists no warranty offered. On a fence, that's the question worth asking directly — what happens if a post loosens or a gate sags a season later, and whether anything is covered in writing. Worth noting too that nearly all of the public praise sits on Google; the Angi presence is a single review, so that platform tells you very little either way. A solid call if you want a fence quoted and standing quickly — vinyl, chain link, aluminum, gates — especially where turnaround matters more than a long lead time. Get the quote itemized, confirm what happens after install if something shifts, and you have a clear picture of what you're buying.

ryan, always answers my emails on projects that i want to do. his Mom and customer service rep. are always in touch with details and to finalize project at hand. Ryan does a great job, as if he is working on his own home, and always cleans up when finished, almost like he wasnt there. he also is up to doing almost anything you might want done, specialty projects, not an issue..

Ryan was great in helping me determine what would be the best fencing for my yard, functionally and aesthetically. The crew worked efficiently and left the yard very clean. The office was an absolute pleasure to work with too. Our dogs are so happy now!

Have 2 kids and needed to expand and update the yard. We hired Ryan and the service was exceptional. Got the whole fence 180 ft done in 1 day. The guys worked super hard and made sure everything was perfect. My family and I are beyond happy with our new fence. Can’t wait to hire again for our next project.
