On Google it shows 4.9 stars from 43 ratings. A recent customer had a septic emergency and says Legacy responded fast, walked them through it and charged a reasonable price. A 2024 customer said Tyler came by to look at the tank cover the same afternoon and returned two days later to install a riser on the septic tank. A 2024 reviewer wrote that Tyler offered to install a riser and cover so they would not have to dig so deep next time, and put the grass clumps back so you could barely tell a hole was dug. A 2024 customer with a tight tank said a bigger company had quoted a two-week wait, and that Legacy handled their special scheduling request quickly. A 2024 customer said they received a military discount and a 20% discount on trash service for also using Legacy for septic, a saving of $400 a year. A 2025 customer said Tyler was knowledgeable and contrasted Legacy with a prior pumping company that pushed unneeded extra services with scare tactics.
