On its BBB page the business describes itself as a residential and commercial flooring company that sells and installs carpet, hardwood, vinyl and laminate. A 2023 customer, signing as Susan and Ed, said Ron leveled the floor and put down engineered wood. A 2023 Google customer said Ron came out to measure and price the job soon after first contact through Angi, then ripped up and disposed of the carpet and installed new flooring, getting a three-day project done in two days because they were having people over for the weekend. A 2022 customer said Ron brought many carpet options to the house to pick from. A 2021 customer said Ron did carpeting and lino in two apartments, and cleaned up his debris and took it away. A 2019 customer said they came the next day, on a Saturday, to do the job. Its Rhode Island contractor registration, GC-22516, is expired on the state registry. A complaint on its BBB page calls him disrespectful and says he was not accountable for the job. On Angi it holds 4.9 stars from 41 ratings, on Google 5 stars from 16 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+.
