LG Painting

LG Painting runs out of Rockland, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #187562, is active on the state registry under LG Painting Inc. The Better Business Bureau tells a different part of the story: the bureau rates the company F, citing a failure to have a required competency license, and lists it as not accredited, with about 10 years in business. The work on offer reaches past a paint brush. Its Better Business Bureau listing covers interior and exterior work, staining and varnishing, wallpaper removal, drywall and stucco repair, deck stripping and refinishing, pressure cleaning, carpentry repair, wood restoration and replacement, and color consulting. What a customer has written is a September 2020 Google review from a Pembroke studio owner, who had her studio painted and called the owner, Gleason, meticulous about getting everything right. For a straightforward interior repaint or a deck refinish, ask for addresses of recent comparable jobs you can look at — and take the licensing question head-on before any money changes hands: ask which licenses the company holds today, in writing, and how it answers the F on its Better Business Bureau page.
