Lighthouse Pools took on a pool liner job that one customer said no other pool company would touch. The customer, who found Tyler via Facebook, said that about 5 years ago the pool liner fell out of the old wooden track, and that with some additional problems the job was out of scope for most contractors or extremely expensive. The customer said Tyler devised a way to fix the issue while keeping the price reasonable. They said he always answered his phone, called if he was going to be late, and came to check up on the pool a few times after the project was complete. Within a few months the entire project was complete, plus the addition of some stairs, and the customer wrote, "we were even able to use the pool this season!"
