Terrible experience. I gave it Lilis one star because I couldn’t give them a 0. I hired them for a deep cleaning before I put my house on the market. They were over an hour late, came into my home without knocking, the owner Elis had her phone in her ear the whole time. Talk, talk, talk. No one attempted to speak English so I had no idea if they knew what I was trying to convey to them. I am unable to speak Spanish and told them so. I was upset. Finally after at least an hour I was so frustrated that I asked directly if any of them spoke English and another girl pointed to the third person. No one spoke, mind you. I turned to her and asked why she didn’t speak up to help translate for Elis and she just looked at me. I know they understood me so what’s up with that? My socks were black after they did no more than use swiffer mops. One shower knob was stripped after cleaning and I could not use the cold water until I repaired it this morning. Two areas of my kitchen floor where I removed furniture was dirtier than the rest. They never even get it clean. When I saw it I took a paper towel with simply water and I was able to remove it. The back of my bedroom doors had black marks on it and they were still there. My ceiling fan has some dust build up, it’s still there. I believe they never even looked at it. I could go on but don’t have the time to waste more energy on this company. As for the call center who schedules these appointments, they have no idea of the type of people they are sending into homes. The call center person fed me a shining referral and sent me amongst the poorest cleaning companies they had. If anyone is looking for a good deep cleaning Lilis is not the place to go!!!
