A 2021 buyer noted more than a year of showings without complaint. The one dissenting voice is worth knowing about. In December 2025 a Google reviewer who was inquiring about a listing — not a client — rated her one star and called her rude and dismissive. It is the only negative comment in five years and gives no further detail. One review is from her own sister, who says so plainly, and another is written by a neighbour of the actual client rather than the client. Read both accordingly. This is the right call for a seller in Marblehead or Swampscott who needs the house prepared as well as listed, and for out-of-state or overseas sellers handling a family property remotely. Before signing, confirm her current Massachusetts real estate licence status with the state, and ask which of the vendors she recommends she has a financial relationship with.
