An ice-dam leak needed an emergency repair, and one recent Google customer of Lion Roofing said the owner had a crew out to the property within a day and the roof section replaced within a couple of days, despite running into additional issues that required extra work. The roofer holds 5 stars from 7 Google ratings and an A- grade from the Better Business Bureau. A customer who used the company for roofing work on their home said the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and kept everything clean throughout the project. A customer with a new roof said the owner and his crew made sure they were fully satisfied, including the cleanup afterwards, and called the work fast, friendly and fairly priced. A customer wrote that the specialist educated them on their roof needs and offered a very fair price. Siding is on the list too: a recent customer said trucks from the Pawtucket, RI company showed up when they said they would and installed all the seamless siding within the time period they were told it would take.
